Reviewer-ready tax workpapers, built before you open the file.
Upload last year's return and this year's documents. Get back one Excel workbook: every figure keyed from source in blue, every carryforward rolled, every tie proven, every judgment call flagged yellow with the dollars on it — built the way a signing CPA builds them, because one wrote the method.
Form 1040
Prior-year proof, carryforward manifest, expected-documents check, K-1 pickup by box and statement, basis rolls, 8582, QBI, NIIT, safe harbor, a two-year compare, Open Items ordered by dollars, and the client request email written for you. 1099-B by 8949 box, never lot by lot.
1120-S · 1065 · 1120
Books transcribed to the penny and bridged to return lines with the prior year's own mapping, cash flow and liabilities reconciled, depreciation continued, M-1/M-2 and basis rolled, Schedule L with no plugs — and the data-entry tab your preparer keys from.
How it works
- Create your firm's account. Your first three workbooks are free; after that, $49 per 1040 and $99 per entity return. No subscription.
- Upload the prior-year return and the source documents for one client.
- A licensed CPA reviews every workbook before it reaches you. Most come back the same day.
- Answer the Open Items in the workbook, send it back, and get the reviewer pass and the client email.
Your clients' documents are encrypted at rest, isolated per firm, never used to train anything, and deleted on your retention schedule (30 days after delivery by default). The method behind the workbooks was written and is maintained by a practicing CPA/JD who signs returns.
